As a former recruiter I have heard all the criticism. Everything from, “They never call back” to “They are just surfing for candidates and do not really have a position available.”
It is clear that there has been many more poor recruiters than good ones practicing in the past and present. The alternative is not clear, or even if there is a necessity for one.
I would like to know if people enjoy working with recruiters?
