United Cerebral Palsy of Miami has an exciting opportunity within our supported employment program for an Employment Consultant/Job Coach. Successful candidates will help support students with disabilities in transitioning into the competitive workforce by developing opportunities for students to engage job search skills; resume and application preparation, interviewing, and obtaining work, Staff will also assess and provide training and support to both the individual and the employer fostering independence, success, and inclusion in the workplace. Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Marketing or related field preferred. Candidates must have professional work ethic and excellent inlerpersonal skills. Spanish speaking, a reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record is required. Previous experience is a plus.
